Couples sessions are all about having fun and getting some really stunner shots of you and your partner! I absolutely love photographing couples. Whether you're getting engagement photos, celebrating an anniversary, needing to document a special time in your lives or just getting some creative photos of you both just because.. couple sessions are great for us to hang out and get to know each other! If you've never had your photos taken together, don't worry.. I'm known for making things easy and comfortable for you. I'll get to know you two a little bit before our session with a fun questionnaire I'll send out. I'm her for the extroverts, and the introverts.

coverage last about an hour to an hour and half depending. This includes one location. Extra hours are available if you would like multiple locations or outfits.

You can plan one to two outfits, I recommend one per location. Jackets and hats/other accessories can change up a look easily. Expect at least 30 images.

I'll help you find your perfect location, and get my brain going on ideas. If you're wanting a more creative concept that requires props/florals/or anything else we will discuss what this may look like and cost.

We can chat outfits, and what you think you may wear. I always suggest laying outifits out first and making sure things go togehter. You can't go wrong with neutrals, but I love when my couples come as theirselves and dress playful together. I would generally avoid brand logos, neons, and crazy patterns. Although these things can look great if your session is planned around this.

The day of your session I'll be so excited and ready to go! I'm known for helping my couples feel comfortable and relaxed. This isn't a job interview, so no need to feel too serious. Take a shot of fireball beforehand if ya need! My moving/freestyle way of posing and shooting usually helps people relax and have fun!

Creative concepts are not just for styled shoots with models. You too can have a creative shoot experience! I'm all for getting weird & using my creative brain to make something that makes people go...wow...how did you even think of that?
What does this mean? I'm glad you asked. A creative concept shoot to me means that we will use different elements like props, florals, creative lighting.. to create something with a wow factor. For example.. think of a shopping cart that is filled with flowers.. we take that idea, put it in a cool location or studio and get playful with posing. I use a variety of filters/effects on my lens as well to get more variety and fun looks.
Sometimes these take more time to plan, and cost can vary depending on what we may need to source or create for your shoot or if we need a cool indoor location or the studio.
I have a list of ideas already to choose from, or I can create something with you if you have something to start with or an idea for me to bounce off of! We can always have a brainstorming zoom session to hash out ideas.
I usually shoot outdoors with natural light on location. We do always have to consider the natural elements of nature and the weather with whatever season you're booking in. I'm all for embracing whatever the day gives us, unless the conditions are too brutal for my equipment to handle.
I also shoot indoors and love in home styled sessions. Each person's home is individual and unique. If you love your home and want a cozy session this would be a perfect choice for you. We can shoot an acitiveity in your own home as well like making pancakes in the kitchen, or putting a record on and dancing in your living room.
Another indoor option would be your favorite coffee shop, record store, or another places you may love in city. These require getting permission from the business beforehand, but in my experience most are usually okay with it.
Studio sessions & air bnb locations are also a fun option. With the studio, we can do something minimal with a background, focusing just you two or set up something fun. There are all kinds of air bnb locations out there that have one of a kind decor styles and can really elevate your photos. I know a few local to Indianapolis, but am always down to adventure to somewhere new as well.
